        Actual Rate Will Vary

What's that all about? When you see a rate in a newspaper ad or hear one quoted on the
radio, be sure to read the fine print and listen to all the details. There are always disclaimers.
Rates change daily and the rate for one borrower may be different than for another. Interest
rates are driven by many factors including market conditions, FICO scores, etc. Be careful
when shopping for rates via newspaper, internet, or radio ads. Look for the fine print. Rates
are difficult to compare unless you consider the interest rates along with the closing costs,
length of time the lender will lock the rate, pre-payment penalties, points, verification and
       documentation required, etc.
