A permanent
AZ resident since 1961, Ric attended Arcadia High School and working for himself, earned
enough to acquire his private pilot's license before he was licensed to drive. He owned an interest in four
airplanes but his Dad had to cosign! Later, he paid cash for his first car. His attendance at Arizona State
University was interrupted by four years in the U.S. Air Force; stationed overseas at a
nuclear alert base.
Following his return to civilian life, by the late 70's, Ric had transitioned from estate planning to a career
in real estate brokerage. Now, 32 years later, Ric has a solid understanding of the dynamic Arizona
real estate market. Ric has met the challenges for decades!
